Cross Promoting in Kiamichi Valley

In the Spring of 2026, a handful of community oriented individuals along with support from 25+ local organizations in the Kiamichi Valley began working with Locable to launch a website and implement an overall marketing push for all.

The Goal: Create a simple yet contemporary website that is easier for volunteers to manage and, subsequently, improve our ability to promote merchants, local events and activities, and support the community.

Local businesses, nonprofits, and other local organizations around Kiamichi Valley are now participating because of these primary benefits:

• Get your business or organization in front of more people with a listing on Discover Kiamichi Valley.
• Post your events, offers, jobs, and more once and your content can be shared through the Discover Kiamichi Valley website, email newsletters, and participating community websites (anyone can embed their Discover Kiamichi Valley widgets into their own websites)
• Keep your information in sync by connecting your Locable account with your Facebook Page and Google Business Profile. Your events, Google reviews, business information, and other content can be shared across your platforms, helping keep everything current.
• Help keep your online presence up to date instead of having to update the same information in multiple places.
• Help other local organizations promote you — and help promote them. Your events and information can be shared throughout the community.
• Get FREE marketing tools and support to help you promote your organization online.
