History

Smoking Guns Pizza started with a simple idea—serve good food, treat people right, and build something our family and community could be proud of. In the beginning, it was a lot of long days, learning as we went, and figuring out what worked best for our customers. We didn’t have everything perfect, but we showed up every day willing to put in the work and get a little better.

Over time, we’ve made a lot of changes. We’ve fine-tuned our recipes, committed to making our dough fresh daily, added more options so folks can truly customize their meals, and expanded how we serve—dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery, and online ordering. We’ve worked to create a space where families can come in, relax, and enjoy themselves, whether that’s over a meal or playing free games while they wait.

None of it happened overnight. It’s been built step by step through early mornings, late nights, and a whole lot of effort behind the scenes. Every day we’re still pushing to improve—keeping things fresh, trying new ideas, and making sure we’re doing right by the people who walk through our doors.
