Capturing the everyday moments that tell the story of life here in the Kiamichi Valley.
Talihina, Oklahoma
I’ve spent more than a decade behind the lens, capturing nature, wildlife, portraits, and events. Powwows hold a special place in my heart as a Choctaw photographer—I used to document the Red Earth Powwow in Oklahoma City, along with other powwows and honor dances across the state.
While living in Norman, I also photographed OU football games and spent time shooting street scenes, some of which I shared with National Geographic. After stepping away from photography for a few years, I’ve returned to what I love—documenting everyday life in the Kiamichi Valley and my hometown of Talihina.
